9	Health & Public Health	Primary Health care facility, Provide preventive, curative and promotive health facilities like vaccination etc.

11	Law Section	Deal with legal matters and provide legal opinion to the different departments of NKDA.
12	License and Permission	Issuance and renewal of certificate of Enlistment of Profession, Trade and Calling, Regular inspection, Conversion upto 40% of total floor area of Residential building to non residential purpose

14	Parks & Green Verge	Construction, maintenance and beautification of Parks & Green Verges in the city.
15	Registration of Birth & Death	Issuance of Birth & Death registration certificate through Janma Mrityu Tathya Portal of Government of West Bengal
16	Roads & Buildings	Carrying out maintenance of roads (except MAR)
17	Solid Waste Management	Sweeping and cleaning of streets, Collection of solid waste from street and premises, monitoring transportation from collection point to disposal.
