3. Conversion upto 40% of total floor area of Residential building to non residential purpose
The person who enganged and intending to carrying a trade or business within the Jurisdiction of NKDA.

Following documents are generally required:
a. Proof of occupancy of place of business.
b. Identify proof.
c. Updated property Tax receipt.
d. Any other documents with respect for Trade Category.
