TERMS & CONDITIONS ARE TO BE FOLLOWED BY THE EMPANELLED AGENCIES OF NKDA FOR ROOFTOP ORGANIC GARDEN

Empanelled organisations will make an appointment with the resident/plot holder for bilateral discussion about the service what they will provide to him including financial involvement for the said service and other terms & conditions etc. ( if required, an agreement may execute among them with the synopsis of their discussion mentioning important points).

After finalisation, the empanelled organisation will start execution of work as per their discussion/ agreement.

No plantation shall be allowed other than plants for organic vegetables & fruits in the Rooftop Organic Garden.

In this connections, any disputes/ problems will arise in any time, that will meet up/ solve/ settle by their bilateral discussion.NKDA will not interfere or involve or responsible to meet up such disputes/ problems.

NKDA will under no circumstances be held responsible for Rooftop Organic Garden/ Farm being unsuccessful in respect of yield/ production and other consequences.
