Procedure for Registration of Death

Step 1: Registration of the Applicant in the website of e-District.

Step 2: Login in the e-District Portal Select the Service “Registration of Death By NKDA.

Step 3:Submit the requisite data and upload the mandatory documents.

Step 4: Supervisor will check all the documents and if found proper, Application will be forwarded to Administrative Officer.

Step 5: Administrative Officer will approve the application and generate digitally signed certificate of Death.

Step 6: Citizen can download digitally signed certificate from e-District Site.
